Course Content

ONLINE MEETING 1 – WELCOME TO WELL HABIT 101
This online meeting is where we can introduce ourselves to each other and set out our course agreements. We will also discuss what to expect from the course ahead, what learning is required between online meetings, connect students to each other for Peer Learning, and invite students to make requests for the learning ahead.

WEEK 1: WELLNESS & SELF-UNDERSTANDING
An overview of wellness, self-understanding and why self-efficacy is such an important part of wellness.

WEEK 3. AGENT OF CHANGE – How to inspire ACTION
The 'Stages of Change' is a core skill in coaching. In this chapter we will build your understanding of change and explore many different ways you can inspire that in your peer or clients!
