From 2010–2018, Eva developed and led the Wellness Coaching program at RMIT University’s Master of Wellness, blending evidence-based coaching psychology and behavior change theory. She also contributed to Diabetes Victoria’s “Life” program, delivering community-based health coaching.
In 2012, Eva founded Wellschool, a social enterprise creating wellness tools, books, and curricula based on her Well Habit process, a cost-effective, user-driven framework inspired by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Her home has served as the heart of this social enterprise, hosting over 100 international volunteer designers who have collaborated to develop and refine the Well Habit design tools.
This collaborative effort has resulted in innovative resources that support wellness and empower communities worldwide.
Eva’s initiatives span health coaching, wellness training, resource development for schools and communities, and an online platform for global wellness education. Recognized as a Fellow of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership and the School of Social Entrepreneurs, Eva’s approach integrates human-centered design and behavioral science to inspire measurable, lasting change.
Her authenticity and expertise, shaped by her recovery journey, make her work both practical and deeply impactful, empowering thousands to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Through innovation and design thinking, Eva continues to champion wellness as a foundation for a brighter, healthier future.
