About Course
Join our 60-minute, interactive lunchtime workshop, Stress Less, Live Best – the Journey to Wellness, designed to help you manage stress and build a peer support network in the workplace. Using the engaging metaphor of a car on a journey, participants identify personal “roadblocks,” gain new “pit stop” strategies for stress relief, and set specific, achievable goals for a smoother ride through work and life. Together, we learn about the triggers for stress, use a quiz to invite exploration of our own reactions, consider the upside of making small but significant changes, brainstorm practical stress-management strategies and tools, and create your personal “road map” to well-being.
Each participant leaves with an actionable wellness goal and the option to join a weekly “Well Habit” peer support group to continue the journey together. This collaborative, hands-on session empowers you to reduce stress and create sustainable habits with a little help from your peers. It is a valuable introductory workshop for busy professionals looking to improve focus, productivity, and overall wellness.
