This 8 week Well Habit training is for those who wish to better manage symptoms of depression using non-pharmaceutical evidence-based lifestyle, nutritional and habits of mind strategies.
In addition, you will learn the valuable skills of peer coaching others in the group and become a part of a supportive peer coaching community.

What can cause it?
What evidence based methods can help overcome it?
What are the areas that would most likely help me?
How can I take action and stick to it?
