About Course

This 8 week Well Habit training is for those who wish to better manage symptoms of depression using non-pharmaceutical evidence-based lifestyle, nutritional and habits of mind strategies.

In addition, you will learn the valuable skills of peer coaching others in the group and become a part of a supportive peer coaching community.

It covers the following topics.

What is depression?

What can cause it?

What evidence based methods can help overcome it?

What are the areas that would most likely help me?

How can I take action and stick to it?

Join us for a journey into embracing depression as an opportunity to grow and change your life, with more acceptance, compassion and motivation to take action for change.
